Does ReplyMint store my emails?
No. Email thread text is sent to our AI provider over HTTPS solely to generate your draft and is immediately discarded. It is never written to a database or retained after your reply is returned. See our privacy policy for full details.
How does the summarization work?
When you click "Summarize Thread", ReplyMint reads the full visible thread, sends it to our backend, and returns a structured summary with action items, deadlines, and open questions — typically in 10–15 seconds.
Can I choose the reply tone and length?
Yes. The side panel shows 8 tone presets (Professional, Friendly, Concise, Firm, Apologetic, Follow-up, Sales, Support) and 3 length options (Short, Medium, Detailed). Select before generating.
Does it read emails I haven't selected?
No. ReplyMint only reads the thread you are currently viewing, and only when you click "Summarize Thread". It does not monitor your inbox in the background.
Why does it need access to mail.google.com?
That permission is needed to inject the ReplyMint panel into Gmail and read the thread you choose to summarize. No other sites are accessed.
What happens when I reach my free limit?
